- Kim McNeil
Kim McNeil was severely hurt in a head-on collision leaving her with major back and neck injuries. She was facing a tough road to recovery and needed a tough team to secure the compensation she needed. We got to work on Kim’s case immediately, keeping her informed and advocating aggressively on her behalf. The end result was a settlement that ensured Kim now has the financial resources her recovery requires.
- Paul Kielly
Paul Kielly suffered a serious neck injury putting his life and livelihood in question. When his insurance company disputed the seriousness of his injury, Paul called us. We took on the case and immediately arranged for an independent medical assessment of Paul’s injury. This changed the direction of Paul’s claim, and we secured the compensation he needed to get on with his rehabilitation and his life.
