Kyle completed a BA in Philosophy at Memorial University and has a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a partner at O’Dea Earle, with practice areas that focus on personal injury, employment, and union-side labour law. Kyle has argued cases at all levels of Court, and is a regular speaker and lecturer for the Law Society, Canadian Bar Association, legal conferences, and community organizations.
